Group Meditation Class

Our group meditation classes teach meditation techniques that you can practice easily every day. This month’s topic is gratitude. Are you a grateful person? You can be with a little practice. This mediation will guide you through different aspects in your life in which you may be thankful for. Gratitude practices are truly transformative. According to research, grateful people are more satisfied with life, have lower levels of stress, less depression, have a greater capacity for empathy and feel connected with life. With gratitude at the forefront on your awareness, it is difficult to see life as something to be dealt with; rather you will see life as happening for you.
