Group Meditation Class

Our group meditation classes teach meditation techniques that you can practice easily every day. This month’s topic is chakra meditation. The chakras are energy centers located beginning at the base of the spine and ending at the top of the head. For thousands of years, keeping the chakras in balance has been linked to maintaining mental and physical wellbeing. Through chakra meditation, you can improve the balance of your key chakras and bring your health and mental attitude into a more peaceful state.
