Event Navigation

You will learn a variety of meditation techniques that you can practice easily every day. This class will give your mind the break necessary to develop focus and reset the thought process. It will help you quiet the chatter inside the mind and find the ability to organize thoughts accordingly. During this meditation, you will practice breath awareness, body relaxation, heart-centered breath, self-inquiry, and silent mantra.
