Yoga with Cats (beginner)

The first class was so much fun, we’re bringing it back once a month! A certified instructor will lead a 75-minute session of hatha yoga for beginners, incorporating pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. Please bring your own mat, and a blanket if you need extra support while sitting or laying down.
