Yoga With Cats (beginner)

A certified instructor will lead a 75-minute session of hatha yoga for beginners, focusing on linking breath to movement and incorporating a little bit of meditation at the end. Please bring your own mat, and a blanket if you need extra support while sitting or laying down.
